Being a teenager in today’s world can be extremely difficult. There’s so much to cope with and pressure from peers in school and on social media can often be overwhelming. It’s also very common today for young people to disconnect and disengage from the real world and to retreat into their computers or their mobile phones.

Bullying is a real and very widespread problem as well and for a lot of teenagers, it’s tough just to get through the day, let alone plan for the future with any sense of optimism. Often teens can feel isolated and some find it difficult to talk to their parents or anyone else so they end up bottling everything inside.

Life coaching gives teenagers someone else to talk to on a consistent basis. It helps them to develop life skills including – learning how to manage the stresses of everyday life and how to gain a healthy and positive mindset.

Parents get to see their children become:

  • Happier and healthier as a new eating and exercise regime is implemented
  • More open about who they are hanging out with and what they are doing
  • More positive about their future and what they want to aim for in life


Life coaching sessions provide a safe space for teens to talk about their triumphs, explore their struggles, seek answers to nagging questions and develop tools that will help them build up their confidence.

Coaching helps them to explore who they are, to believe that they have something important to offer and to know that they are special, worthy and deserving of happiness.

Life coaching sessions are held once a week and for best results we recommend making a commitment to an initial 3-month programme.


I studied at the PURE Coaching Academy, the UK’s leading life coaching academy under the tutelage of Carole Ann Rice who is widely regarded as being the UK’s number one life coach. I’m registered with the British Boxing Board of Control. I have been D&BS (CRB) checked.


My aim as a life coach is to help teenagers find a stronger sense of purpose and a more positive outlook on life, so they will:

  • Be more appreciative of what they have
  • Want to help others
  • Aim to achieve more in life now and in the future

From my first meeting, Simon really made me think about what I wanted to do. Without taking the fun away, we discussed structuring my goals in a way that I had never thought of before. He helped me to re-evaluate what was important to me and whether I was willing to make the sacrifices needed to achieve what I wished to do with my schooling, sports, hobbies and my future. We also worked on my thinking and creating a positive mindset.  My sessions with Simon are always enjoyable and motivating!

My dad Simon inspires me to deal with the challenges I face as a teenager growing up in today’s world. He encourages me to think big and grab opportunities. I have big dreams for my sporting career and my dad is always there reminding me that everything is possible with the right mindset and putting in the work. Not only is Simon my dad, but he is also my mentor, motivator and my best friend.
