The combination of life coaching and boxing is a highly effective means of getting into a more positive and proactive frame of mind, while also getting super fit in the process.

The dual approach helps clients take on the challenges of their busy lives more confidently and deal with personal and professional issues in a calmer and more relaxed way.

Our services focus primarily on these four key areas:

  • Physical – you will get fitter, have more energy and become better able to focus
  • Emotional – when you exercise often emotions that have been suppressed will come to the surface and this is where the coaching comes in and helps you find a valuable sense of clarity
  • Mental – a key part of this service is about developing a positive mindset and increasing your athleticism and this combination creates mental strength and power
  • Spiritual – bringing spirituality into fitness deepens your sense of self-awareness and gratitude, and often leads to clients wanting to give back and help out those less fortunate

In order to stay in peak condition and perform in all areas of your life, you’ll need to address all of the above. We will be looking at the person you are as a whole rather than taking independent issues in isolation.

Once the system is working properly you’ll find that your flow and energy will all be in alignment and you’ll be ready for whatever life throws at you or whatever challenges you decide to take on.


Clients to have two personal boxing sessions each week to be sure of making positive progress on the physical side.

Life coaching sessions are held either once a week or once every other week.

For best results, we recommend making a commitment to an initial 3-month programme.


I studied at the PURE Coaching Academy, the UK’s leading life coaching academy under the tutelage of Carole Ann Rice who is widely regarded as being the UK’s number one life coach. I’m registered with the British Boxing Board of Control. I have been D&BS (CRB) checked.
